UPDATE ON COVID19 SAFETY MEASURES:

Thank you to our patients and their families for your continued support in these unprecedented times! We are so happy to have you back! Things look a little different for all of us these days but we want to highlight the additional measures we continue to take as a team to ensure the safety of your child as well as your own safety when you arrive to our office.  Hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection have always been top priority at our practices – that has not changed! That being said, there are a lot of behind the scene things going on that we’d love to share with you for reassurance and added comfort.

When you first enter our office, you’re going to notice the air feels a lot cleaner than the rest of New Hampshire! That’s because of our new Surgically Clean Air units. We have large units that sterilize the entire offices’ air as well as smaller private units throughout our treatment areas to filter out any allergens, toxins, bacteria and viruses as small as 0.01 microns (COVID19 is about 0.1-0.3 microns).  We are so excited our air quality in the office could not be any cleaner!

We are utilizing the highest standards of Personal Protective Equipment, also known as PPE. As you walk through the office, you will notice everyone is wearing different types of PPE including face masks and gowns in the clinical areas. We like to pretend we are dressed like astronauts!

When you first get to our office, please text to let us know you have arrived. This will populate a message to our front office so we can instruct you as to when to come in and when your child’s chair is ready. We are asking for the time being that only one parent arrives with the appointed child. We understand with siblings this may be a little difficult, but it is for your safety as well as the teams’ safety. We are aiming to minimize the number of people in the office at any given time to help achieve social distancing and a safe treatment area.

We ask that all persons entering our office wear a mask. When you enter the front door, a team member will greet you and take your child’s temperature and your temperature with a contactless thermometer. At this point we will ask you a few COVID19 screening questions, as recommended by the American Dental Association, the CDC, and the NH Department of Public Health. Once that’s all clear, you will go through a seamless check in process and your child will then be seated. The reception area will look a little different than you might remember, even a little bare. We have removed all magazines, toys, and some chairs to ensure everyone’s safety.

We kindly ask if you feel your child is old enough to come back to the clinical area alone, that you as a parent or guardian please wait in your car or the reception area for the time being. This is to minimize the number of people in the clinical area, to keep safe distances, and to allow each patient and team member a safe space within the office. If you have concerns about this or any questions, we are more than willing to work with you to find an appropriate solution.

We realize all of this is different and new but we want to make sure we are taking extra measures to ensure your safety, our teams safety, and of course at the end of the day, our families safety. We are excited to continue to be able to serve our communities and are honored to be trusted with your children’s dental care. We appreciate you all so much and are grateful for your understanding in all of these new processes and procedures –

you rock! Thank you!
